Effective date: 6 May 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how GLORIAPR Ltd ("GLORIAPR", "InSite", "we", "us", or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on the InSite website, application, notifications, and related services.
The Platform includes in-site.io, app.in-site.io, notify.in-site.io, and any other InSite websites, applications, notification services, APIs, or documentation we make available from time to time.
GLORIAPR Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16313878. Our registered office is 182-184 High Street North, London E6 2JA, United Kingdom. Our ICO registration number is ZB946447.
1. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website or use an online service. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags, SDKs, device identifiers, and scripts that store or access information on your device.
We use these technologies to operate the Platform, keep users signed in, protect accounts and workspaces, remember preferences, understand usage, and, where implemented, support marketing and advertising measurement.
2. Types of cookies we use
Strictly necessary technologies
These are required for the Platform to work and cannot be switched off through our cookie settings. They may be used for:
- login and session management;
- magic-link invitations and authentication flows;
- tenant and permission routing;
- security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection;
- load balancing and network security;
- remembering privacy or cookie choices;
- protecting forms and demo requests from automated abuse.
These technologies do not require consent where they are strictly necessary to provide the service you requested.
Functional technologies
These help the Platform remember choices and provide enhanced functionality, such as interface preferences, workspace settings, or notification preferences.
Analytics technologies
We may use analytics technologies, including Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics, to understand how visitors and authorised users interact with the Platform, measure performance, improve workflows, and troubleshoot issues.
In our current setup, Vercel Analytics is used as platform analytics for pageview and traffic measurement and is separate from Google Analytics cookies. Google Analytics cookies remain subject to the consent choices described below.
Where required by law, analytics cookies or similar technologies will be used only after consent or through another legally valid control.
Marketing and advertising technologies
We may implement marketing, attribution, or advertising technologies in the future. These may help us measure campaigns, understand qualified demo interest, or show relevant business-to-business advertising.
Where required by law, marketing and advertising technologies will be off unless you consent. You can change your choices through Cookie Settings.
Some marketing or advertising technologies may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under certain US privacy laws. See our Do Not Sell or Share page for more information.
Security technologies
We may use Cloudflare security services and CAPTCHA-style checks to protect the Platform, forms, accounts, and infrastructure from bots, abuse, spam, and attacks.
3. Current and planned cookie table
This table describes the current operational categories and the optional analytics and marketing technologies controlled through our cookie banner. Exact cookie names and durations may change as provider configurations change, and we will update this policy when material changes are made.

We provide a cookie banner and preference centre that identifies optional categories and allows users to manage choices.
4. Cookie consent and preferences
Strictly necessary technologies are always active because the Platform cannot operate securely without them.
Where required, optional analytics, functional, marketing, or advertising technologies will be used only with consent or another legally valid control.
You can manage optional cookie choices through the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of the website or application.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block cookies, delete cookies, or receive alerts before cookies are placed. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the Platform may not work, including login, security, and workspace access.
5. Opt-out preference signals
Where legally required, we will honour recognised opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, for sale or sharing opt-outs when those signals apply to the technologies used on the Platform.
If you believe your opt-out signal has not been honoured, contact team@in-site.io.
6. Third-party providers
Some cookies and similar technologies may be set by third-party providers that support the Platform, including Vercel, Google Analytics, Cloudflare, and other providers we may use for analytics, security, hosting, or marketing.
Those providers may process information under their own terms and privacy notices. We recommend reviewing their privacy documentation where relevant.
7. Changes to this Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as our technology stack, analytics tools, marketing tools, or legal obligations change. The effective date above shows when this Cookie Policy was last updated.
