InSite Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell personal information for money.

We do not intentionally sell or share Customer Data, inspection evidence, mission records, site records, reports, or workspace content for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may use analytics and, where implemented, optional marketing or advertising cookies and similar technologies on our website or Platform. Depending on the technology and applicable law, sharing limited identifiers or internet activity information with advertising or analytics partners may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising.

You can opt out of such sharing where applicable.

You can opt out of sale or sharing by:

• using the "Cookie Settings" link in the website or application footer;
• rejecting optional marketing or advertising cookies in the cookie banner or preference centre;
• enabling a recognised browser opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, where legally required and technically supported;

If you email us, please include enough information for us to identify the browser, account, workspace, or email address relevant to your request. Do not send sensitive personal information unless we specifically request it for verification.

If optional analytics or marketing technologies are enabled, the categories of personal information that may be involved can include:

• identifiers, such as cookie IDs, device identifiers, IP address, or similar online identifiers;
• internet or network activity information, such as pages visited, referral URLs, interactions, timestamps, and approximate usage data;
• approximate location inferred from IP address;
• business contact information if you submit a demo request or interact with a campaign.

We do not intentionally use sensitive personal information for sale or sharing.

InSite is a B2B platform for telecom inspection operations. Customer Data may include business records, asset and site records, inspection evidence, images, thermal files, orthophotos, point clouds, annotations, findings, and reports.

We process Customer Data to provide the Platform and as instructed by the customer. We do not sell Customer Data and do not share Customer Data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Where legally required, we will treat recognised opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of sale or sharing for the browser or device sending the signal.

Because opt-out signals are browser or device specific, you may need to enable them on each browser or device you use.

If your request relates to personal information contained in Customer Data that we process on behalf of a customer, we may refer your request to that customer or ask you to contact the customer directly.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. However, some features may not work without information that is necessary to provide them.
